The cams of the upper dial adopted the enclosed track design which features the miss, tuck and knit cams.  The selection of needles on the lower dial of the cylinder is devised to each track and is determined by the needles selector to select needles.  When the needle selector motioned at the left side, the knitting function of miss is made; when the needle selector motioned at the right side, the knitting function of tuck is made; and when the needle selector motioned at the middle position, the knitting function of knit is made. 

Jacquard mechanism adopts 3 function and 37 dial needle selecting principle, when a dial is placed at the left, right and middle position respectively, the knitting function of miss, tuck and knit will be created which can be formed into various kind of double-sided mini-jacquard patterns.

The needle selector consists of 37 dials and thus enables to select the needles based on the knitting pattern diagram.  Selection of 36 will knit recurring twill arranged pattern or selection of 37 will knit the "V" shape pattern, which is known as 72 recurring arranged pattern.

The design of two step needle selection allows to select the necessity of miss, tuck and knit on each track by simply altering the cams.

The machine allows changing knitting patterns swiftly without incurring any extra expenses.
