Human-Machine interface for smooth and easy operation
The design of control system adopts the most advanced micro-processing technique to mount the electronic computing system and computerized needle selector in the machine set. Touch-screen LCD is used to facilitate easy operation and save up space, thus keeping the machine' s overall neatness and good-looking.
Pattern design software to cover various graphic patterns
No special drawing software is required. The universal drawing software available in market is acceptable. The face pattern may be scanned into or directly designed in computer, and then be converted into needle selection program by WAC DESIGNER software EXPENSION after color correction and drawing modification. The program is thus saved in the disk and transported to machine for running. Quick change of patterns may be realized in several minutes. The pattern data can be saved in computer hard disk or floppy disk.
Japan' s 3 technical ways technology to ensure desirable jacquard weaving
Computerized needle selection technology (3 technical ways: knit, tuck and miss) enables production of various jacquard fabrics without limiting pattern range. This function overcomes the disadvantages of common mechanical jacquard in limited knitting range, and saves the time for changing patterns.
Computerized needle selection system
The computerized needle selection system includes a selecting needle with two pieces of ceramic chips that bond together. The principle for needle selection is that, a piece of ceramic chip bends under the action of current and voltage, which drives the selection jack on the computerized needle selector to sway upwards or downwards for needle selection. 8-stage needle selector is used, whose selection distance and space may offer more sufficient time for needle selector to satisfy the machine' s high-speed production requirements. In its long-time running, the computerized needle selector may maintain low energy consumption and moderate heat, thus greatly improving the selection accuracy. For return system of needle selector, the pattern bit is of forced return cam design, which will ensure more accurate cycling selection motion of needle, without bringing about elastic fatigue. The machine itself may maintain a certain speed and output. The selection jack on the needle selector will independently press in the pattern pit heel, then the pattern pit will act on the upper needles via middle needle jack to enter the position of tuck and miss. Knitting motion will be performed if the heel is not pressed in.
Precise encoder may accurately calculate the needle position and zero position for correction. This encoder may also automatically correct the error caused by inertia during start-up and shut down. For the accuracy of needle selection, an additional detector is provided to perform zero correction. The control system may check the encoder to judge if the encoder signals are proper, thus ensuring the stability of the entire system.
Winding system design to ensure stable fabric quality
Winding system combines single torque motor with mechanical transmission. It may wind grey fabric, while stabilizing the pulling and winding motion; the fabric size will not affect hamming weight and the thread dragging distance is regular. The operation is so easy that only knob turning is required.
