Single open-width circular knitting machine was developed on the basis of single jersey and open width cloth winder. It not only possesses the typical characteristics of single jersey, but also integrates the fabric fold-free technology of open width cloth winder. The fabric is fully utilized without any waste, thus, cost is reduced and profit promoted.

In order to enable the machine to run more smoothly with more remarkable performance and more professional and delicate weaving the technique, both Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Made (CAD) are employed to produce the machine.

1.       Manufacture:: The main structure parts and components are made by advanced computerized digital control which can enhance the precision and interchangeability of the accessories. Every component of the head adopts precise positioning. The design of sheet metal part is more humanized, the worker can operate more convenient.

2.       Knitting system: The material of cam is the import chromium alloy which has special treatment and the hardness is above HRC62. The use of CAD and CAM enables the needle track smooth and adapts different kinds of materials and knitting technology.

3.       Open-width system: The fabric winding is completely free from folds. Fabric is fully utilized without any waste, thus, cost is reduced and profit promoted.

4.       A roller speed changing gear is also provided to render fabric weaving density to be extremely evenly and stably. And it is easy and convenient and to handle with time-efficiency.

Performances: It applies to roll and open-width fabric for weave factories. To target the technology demands of calico fabric and lycra fabric, it is completely free from folds. The greige cloth is scutched with synchronized examination and rolled, and it will eliminate fold marks after stretching of cloth. The machine adopts excellent light material which has strong light to get a sweeping view of fabric. The high precision counter keeps accurate records of cloth. The casters of the machine can make the safety door move conveniently.
